Refund Policy (ریفنڈ پالیسی)

1. Refund Eligibility (ریفنڈ کب ملے گا؟)

Refund sirf in conditions me possible hai:

✅ Agar product damaged receive ho
✅ Agar product wrong item deliver ho
✅ Agar parcel me item missing ho
✅ Agar product leakage ya broken seal ke sath mile


2. Refund Not Applicable (ریفنڈ کب نہیں ملے گا؟)

Refund in conditions me allowed nahi hoga:

❌ Agar product use ho chuka ho
❌ Agar customer ko results pasand na aaye (Results vary)
❌ Agar customer ne galat address/phone diya ho
❌ Agar parcel delivery ke baad 24 hours se zyada late complaint ki jaye
❌ Agar product ka packing open ya damaged customer ki side se ho


3. Complaint Time Limit

Agar aap ko parcel receive karne ke baad koi issue ho, to aap ko لازمی 24 hours ke andar humse contact karna hoga.

Late complaint accept nahi ki jayegi.


4. Proof Required

Refund ya replacement ke liye customer ko لازمی:

📌 Parcel opening ki clear video
📌 Product ki photos
📌 Order number / name / phone

provide karna hoga.


5. Refund Process

Agar complaint verify ho jaye, to hum:

✅ product replacement bhej denge
ya
✅ refund process kar denge

Refund process normally 3 to 7 working days me complete hota hai.


6. Shipping Charges

Agar issue hamari taraf se ho (wrong/damaged product), to shipping charges ham pay karenge.

Agar customer ki galti ho (wrong address/order cancel), to shipping charges customer pay karega.


7. Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders me refund sirf verification ke baad hi possible hoga.
Aksar cases me replacement prefer ki jati hai.
